Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A user will be considered a repeat infringer if they have been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or have had infringing material removed from our service more than twice.
